| Video Discription | Dr. Lee demonstrates a total neck transformation with the use of a silicone chin implant as well as liposuction of the chin and neck. Dr. Lee performs his chin implant through either an external (below the chin) or internal (incision inside the mouth) both incisions are imperceptible. In this particular patient Dr. Lee is demonstrating the external approach. A tiny incision is made on the underside of the chin where it cannot be seen. The implant is placed and secured. Dr Lee then uses the same incision to perform lipo sculpting of the jawline and the neck. This gives a dramatic improvement to the jaw and neckline without any additional incisions or scars.
