| Video Discription | This upload is dedicated to the late Dave Roe. His music lives on. Johnny Cash recorded this song on January 15, 1993 at the LSI Recording Studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Cash wrote the lyrics himself and produced the original sessions. Kerry Marx played guitar, Dave Rob played bass, Hugh Waddell played drums, and Terry McMillan on the harmonica. The song is extremely catchy, and provides a really interesting, lighter-toned contrast to "Like a Soldier" and "Drive On" which were also first recorded during the session. This track was released in 2000 as a bonus track to the gospel album "Return to the Promised Land" and will appear, re-recorded, later this year on the 2024 album "Songwriter."
