| Video Discription | Mechanic JF Launier, 39, from British Colombia in Canada, took six years to modify a destroyed 1964 Buick Riviera into his dream custom car, having to remortgage his house and his parents' house in the process. The car had to be completely rebuilt, including fitting a new engine, seats, windscreen and roof, as well as heavily modifying the bodywork. Despite all the effort and stress, Mr Launier says it was all worth it as he took the award for America's best modified car at the annual Detroit Autorama.
