| Video Discription | In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are available outside of Japan. In this video, I am making Dango, a typical Japanese dessert/snack. I am showing two ways to make Dango; 1. How we normally make it in Japan with the dough from the mixture of regular rice flour and Mochiko (Glutinous rice flour). 2. An alternative Dango with the dough made from cooked rice and starch, for those who don't have access to either of rice flour. To that, I am also showing two types of sauce/topping: Mitarashi-sauce (similar to Teriyaki sauce) and Isobemaki (with Nori paper).
