So this recipe is from our great great grand mothers passed on to our generation. Pooran polis are one of my favorite sweets. If you eat with ghee poured on it it tastes like heaven. please watch video and follow steps. And you also can prepare at home very easily. Check list for Ingredients: 1. Chanadal- 1 cup 2. Maida/ All purpose flour- 1 cup 3. Ghee as needed for Roasting puran polis 4. Jaggery- 1 cup 5. Cardamom powder- 1 tsp Serves approximately 10 people.
