The lift-off happened at 9:10 am from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota with the PSLV ready on the pad for its 60gth mission launch. The XPoSat mission marks a pivotal moment for Isro as it aims to delve into the dynamics of bright astronomical X-ray sources under extreme conditions. The spacecraft is equipped with two scientific payloads, POLIX and XSPECT, which will operate in low Earth orbit.
