| Video Discription | At first sip I was completely thrown back at how smooth this Rum is. It's clean taste with subtle hints of vanilla tantalize the palate even if served on its own. Unlike most White Rums, this Aged Rum is aged in American Oak Casks for a minimum 1-4 years giving it its unique flavor. After the aging process it is filtered bringing out a full bodied taste with a clean finish. Most white or light Rums are better suited for your favorite cocktail creation but this one in my opinion can be enjoyed served neat or on the rocks as well. When used in a cocktail, the subtle aged notes and clean finish add a flavor to any creation that mere plain white Rum cannot offer on its own. So if you're looking for a great alternative to the mundane then look no further. You won't be disappointed.
