(Feb. 22) NB. THIS IS A VOICEOVER TRANSCRIPT, NOT A FULL SHOTLIST You're looking at a sight that hasn't been seen in three decades. That's an Iranian war ship going through the Suez Canal. Tehran hasn't sent a military vessel through these waters since 19-70. Israel has long made it clear that it views the passage as a provocation. The canal connects the red Sea and the Mediterranean - and saves ships a lengthy voyage around Africa. Iran paid about 300 thousand dollars in fees to let this frigate and another supply vessel through. Iran made the request during Egypt's upheaval and as the nation's new military rulers try to focus on pressing domestic issues. The old political maps of the Middle East should be folded and put away, new ones should be opened. We are looking at new lines in the map because of the political earthquakes that we saw in Tunisia and Egypt, and it's very likely that the government of Iran will want to continue with such acts in order to embolden its position in the Middle east vis-a- vis groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah and also to win much-needed credibility back home on the domestic arena." 3.
