| Video Discription | Hyacinth beans are called Anumulu or Anapakaya. There is confusion on the name Anapakaya where few areas of Andhra call Sorakaya/ Bottle gourd as Anapakaya. Anapakaya Vadalu is made of simple ingredients and tastes simply delicious! These Masala Vadas are very crispy on the edges and a bit soft towards the center. #windhu kitchen Ingredients: 500 Grams Anapakaya 1 Tablespoon Jeera 1 Tablespoon Sesame seeds 6 Chopped Green Chilies Chopped Coriander Leaves Chopped Mint Leaves 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions Chopped Curry Leaves 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt Oil for Deep Fry Method: 1. Take out the seeds from anapakaya and keep the seeds aside. 2. Add the seeds to the grinder and make a coarse paste. Take it to the bowl. 3. Add 1 tablespoon jeera, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 6 chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped curry leaves, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well. 4. Take a small amount and make vadas. Keep them aside. 5. Heat oil in a Kadai and slowly put the anapakay vadas in hot oil. 6. Fry the vada until crispy and take them out. 7. Serve hot with ketchup.
