The 10th week this is because usually in the one first month of the life the baby is more into feeding and sleeping and once the baby goes into 2nd or 3rd month the activity increases and hence the baby takes the feed in less frequent intervals that is maybe around after 3 hours for 4 hours. And in night also Baby usually don't take up feeds very frequently they have a stretch of 4 to 5 hours sleep. |
