Malai Pedha Recipe: Ingredients: ★4 tbsp Date Powder ★1 cup Cashews ★3 tbsp Date Paste ★30 gms Tofu ★3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut ★½ tsp Green Cardamom Powder ★Pinch of Salt ★Start by putting all the cashews into a blender and mix until you’ve obtained a fine powder. Empty the cashew powder into a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and knead with your hands until everything is well combined and the mixture looks like a very thick dough/paste.
