Today we present how we prepare idli at our home. And also a mixed vegetables sambar which can be best combination with the idli. We used bowls here. Minimum 8 hours of fermentation is required to make a perfect tasty idli. Grind the urad dal batter and rice batter separate and mix both then ferment for 8 hours. Next pour the idli and cook for 1/2 an hour. One of the best breakfast in the world.
