Here are things you should keep in mind: First, the infotainment system. It doesn’t get wireless Android Auto, although it gets wireless Apple CarPlay. For a car that costs Rs. 30 lakhs, this should have been given, since wireless CarPlay is already available. Plus, the entire system doesn’t get a mute button. Second, the flimsy bits. The plastics on the top of the rear door don’t feel solid. It flexes a bit when you put pressure on it. Also, the switches on the steering feel a bit cheap. Third, the seat belt reminder uncertainty. The SBR on the Innova Hycross has a mind of its own. It works perfectly for the front seats but for the mid and rear seats, it doesn’t give you the seat belt warning unless you have sat on the seat and removed the seat belt.
