NOTES: 1: Use softened or melted butter, properly incorporate butter into the dough. 2: Knead the dough 4-5 minutes for soft donuts. 3: Don't over proof, it may leads to oily and flat donuts. 4: Don't under proof, it may lead to stiff donuts. 5: Use slightly warm milk and water, even a little bit hot water may kill the yeast. 6: Fry donuts on slow flame.
