Take a cake tin or tray, grease some oil, and keep it aside. For Dhokla Batter, in a bowl, put some Water, Sugar, Salt, Citric Acid & Turmeric Powder. Whisk well till the sugar is dissolved properly. Then add some Gram Flour without sieved & whisk properly with the whisker. Cover it & keep it for 15 minutes. Then put some Oil & whisk it again for 5 minutes. Then put some Water & Baking Soda in the batter & mix it again. Quickly pour the Dhokla Batter into a greased tin and keep the tin in the pan. Cover it & give it steam on high flame for 20-25 minutes. Check it by using a toothpick, then turn the flame off & put the Water on the ready Dhokla & keep it to cooling down. Then take it out on a plate and cut it into pieces. For Tadka, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, long chopped Green Chilies & some Water. Boil once & put the Tadka on the Dhokla.
