The Screen Recording that we use today - still works on older devices such as the iPhone 5s/ 11 (Pro or Max), 12 (Pro or Max) or any apple device that supports (iOS 11) or above! Follow on Instagram: www.instagram.com/thecolindougan ---------- SCRIPT: the Screen Recorder feature was added with the launch of the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, iPhone X , Xs and the iPad 5 in 2017. Since the launch of iOS11 in 2017,, the Screen Recorder would be included in your device software. I use the Screen Recorder on my phone ALL the time, for tutorials or to get around downloading videos. So, let me show you not just How to Screen Record with sound but, How to Screen Record with sound on your iPhone or iPad ------ The Screen Recorder feature is in your settings in the CONTROL CENTER. The CONTROL CENTER is the reserved area for quick-accessing tools on your phone. Aside from just the Screen Recorder, there are a few more tools that you might want to use here. Go ahead and add whatever tools you would like, but make sure you add the Screen Recorder Now let’s go to our home page. Open up your CONTROL CENTER by either swiping up for the iPhone X / 8 Models or from the corner of your iPhone 11 / 12. Now you can tap on the Screen Recorder and it should automatically Screen Record with sound, if not, just make sure to hit your volume button up and make sure the sound is activated. Now, feel free to go to YouTube, Soundcloud or Spotify (which I can’t show for legal reasons) I’m just going to go to a video that I recorded When we play this back, it has sound! I remember that I used to either have to have a headset plugged in and I would have to tap the volume button in order to make sure that the Screen Recorder included the Sound. But That bug should be fixed! Let’s take this a step further - Let me show you How to Screen Record (90k) with sound (90k) from your Microphone! Back at our Screen-Recording PRESS AND HOLD. As you can see, the Microphone is set to OFF. Now if you’re using Apps like Zoom, or Google Hangouts - you can actually use this to connect and broadcast your screen! ------------------------ Simply tap to change that to on, and you’re good to start recording! Record then playback “Hey whats up guys, we’re recording our screen!” When you’re done recording you can do 1 of 2 things. Either Slide Down or Swipe up and tap the same button. Or just tap the Red button at the top of the screen. It should say “Video Recording Saved to Photos” Let’s go open that up in Photos. If you want to Trim your video, you can do that by clicking _______ Slide the Left and Right Ends to wherever you desire and either Save Video or Save it as a Fresh New recording if you have a long recording that you were looking to trim into multiple parts.
