The outer poli/chapathi is made of wheat flour or maida The inner stuffing is made up of chana daal ,jaggery with the flavours of green cardamom powder & nutmeg Its a very popular sweet dish prepared on several occassions It can be served as it is or with milk / ghee or some spicy saar. The dough conistency is softer like chapathi dough. Use more water while kneading the dough ,add good amount of oil to adjust the dough For better results let the dough rest or an hour Use rolling sheets or butter paper for easy rolling without tearing .
