I am sharing the easiest way of making these. This delicious sweet is also offered on gouri pooja. The combination of chanadal and jaggery makes poornam. The shell is made of semolina/chiroti rava. The undrallu are made of rice flour. You can eat these with fresh tamarind gujju. See the link below for the recipe of tamarind gujju. We can also make snacks with these undrallu. I will share them in my next videos. Ingredients for kudumulu: jaggery - 1 cup chana dal - 1cup semolina/chiroti rava - 1cup oil - 2 tsp and for frying salt - pinch water - less than 1/2 cup Ingredients for Undrallu: rice flour - 2 cups water - 3 cups oil - 2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp **You can half or double the measures..
