| Video Discription | Poornam Boorelu | Puran Poli | Instant Pot | Prasadam Recipe Recipe : Ingredients : Urad dal - 1/2 cup Rice - 2 cups Soak Rice and dal for 4 hours ( or) Overnight When Rice and dal is Soaked drain the water and blend into smooth paste by adding 3/4 cups water. Add salt in a batter and mix well ( batter should be idly batter consistency ) Keep aside. To make Purnam : Chana dal - 1 cup Water - 2 cups Jaggery - 1 cup Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Add washed chana dal into the instant pot and add 2 cups water close the lid and set valve into seal. Cook Time : Manual (or) Pressure Cook - 10 minutes Natural Release When pressure is released naturally , open the lid and drain the dal ( for excess water ) and transfer dal into the pan and mash the dal add jaggery and cook on low flame. till it turns into thick paste. let the mixture is warm enough to touch and make small balls. Dip each ball into dosa batter and coat evenly and drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till they turn into golden color.
