| Video Discription | Watch How to make Panasa Thonalu Recipe Exclusive on #TeluguRuchi Panasa tonalu are traditional sweets made in andhra region and these are also called as vilochanalu in telangana, this panasa thonalu got its name from its shape as they look like jack fruit, enjoy this classical recipe and share it with your loved ones INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS] 1.MAIDA FLOUR – 200g 2.BUTTER – 30g 3.SUGAR – 250g 4.ILACHI POWDER – 5g 5.WATER AS REQUIRED METHOD:- 1. In a bowl mix well with Maida flour, butter and make dough by adding water little by little, then rest it for 20 min. 2. Now make small sized balls and roll each ball into a thin poori size, then Use knife and make slits as shown in video. 3. Now gently roll it like a mat and twist the edges as shown in video and arrange them in a plate. 4. Now deep fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown colour. 5. In a kadai add sugar, water, ilachi powder, melt it and make syrup, then Put panasa thonalu in the warm sugar syrup and soak it for 4-5 mins. 6. Now remove them into plate and let them dry slightly, then serve it.
