Although easy to make, the murgh badami is a very rich korma chicken curry full of flavour. This badami chicken goes very well with butter naan and plain rice. INGREDIENT LIST Chicken 1 kg Red onions: 3 medium nos. OIl : as required Ginger: 1 inch thick garlic: 6 large cloves Cumin seeds: 0.5 tsp dried red chillis: 4 nos. coriander powder: 2 tsp chilli powder: 2 tsp turmeric powder: 0.5 tsp cumin powder: 0.5 tsp fennel powder: 0.5 tsp garam masala: 0.75 tsp ( add 0.5 while cooking and 0.25 at the end) almond powder: 3 TBSP yoghurt: 1 cup Coriander leaves: 0.5 cup green chillis: 2 or 3 fresh cream: 3 tsp Please do share your feedback about the recipe in the comments below.
