| Video Discription | Music by: Jason Shaw http://www.youtube.com/user/audionautix A nice side dish. 1 1/2 cups of minute rice 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth 1 garlic clove minced (use more or less depending on your taste) 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter Fresh or dried parsley 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp (or more) lemon zest In a saucepan melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until garlic starts to brown. Add chicken broth and salt. Bring broth to a boil and add the rice. Stir and then cover and remove from heat. Let sit covered for 5-6 minutes until most of broth is absorbed. Add lemon juice, zest and parsley, mix and serve. |
