Ingredients: Rice: 2 cups Ghee: 3 tsp Coconut: Half Green chillies: 3 Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp Cardamom: 3 Cloves: 3 Cinnamon: ½ ”piece Turmeric: 1/8 tsp Curry leaves: few Salt to taste Preparation Method: 1. Cut the coconut into small pieces and grind with water. 2. Separate the coconut milk by strainer. Filter it with muslin cloth (thin cloth) and keep aside. 3. Put the ingredients like rice, coconut milk, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, ghee and salt in pressure cooker. 4. Cook the rice until 3 whistles. 5. Your Coconut Rice Ready. |
