Ingredients: -1 kg whole chicken cut into pieces -1 tbsp crushed garlic and ginger -1 tsp coriander powder -1/2tsp cumin powder -1/4 tsp cayenne pepper(optional) -1/4tsp turmeric powder -1tsp salt For the gravy: -1 medium onion -2 medium tomatoes -1 tbsp tomato paste -1/2 cup plain yoghurt -1 tsp curry powder -1/2tsp cumin powder -1/2tsp coriander powder -1/4tsp turrmeric powder -3 cardamon pods -1/2tsp salt or more to taste -8 black peppercorns(optional) -1/2 cup water -Oil for cooking -Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander leaves |
