Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes then open and mix once to avoid masala from sticking to bottom Then close lid again if at all masala is sticking down u can sprinkle little water and the cover and simmer for next 5 to 7 minutes Then open again mix well check the aloo and gobi once they are soft cover and simmer next 2 minutes Then open and garnish with coriander leaves mix well serve with paratha phulka chapati dal rice Ideal for kids tiffin and lunch box very easy to prepare and tasty Take care jazak allah khair |
