| Video Discription | Purchase my new HARDCOPY COOKBOOK using this link below https://terriannskitchen.customcontent.store/ Curry Chicken Ingredients list ———————— 1kg chicken cut of choice (I used drumsticks) Salt and black pepper to preference 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp mixed herbs 1-2 tsp maggi all purpose seasoning 1-2 tsp baron curry powder 1-2 tsp betapac curry powder Chado Beni (culantro) Spring onion Onions Garlic Peppers (non spicy or spicy) Garlic powder (optional) ( but fresh garlic is best) Grated ginger (optional) 2 cups water 1 scotch bonnet pepper (whole) 2 small potatoes chopped 2 slices ginger Fresh cilantro or parsley to garnish ‼️Total cook Time 50 minutes to 1 Hour‼️ Always taste and adjust seasonings to your own preference as my recipes only act as a guide.
