| Video Discription | I'm 6 days post op! But before my surgery, I filmed a this to show how to bind your chest using sticky sports injury tape. It's a bit safer than using a traditional binder, but because of the adhesive, it can irritate the skin, so DO NOT USE TAPE EVERYDAY! Whenever possible, please give yourself a rest from binding, wear a baggy hoodie or onesie (or whatever makes you feel good). Resting is very important and I regret not taking more breaks earlier on in my transition as it's left me with chronic back pain (ouch) Stay safe, peeps c: |
