Now this is a typical day probably around 80% of the time where there are no big problems to fix and everything is working so its just a basic clean and cash collection. Self serve car washes can be a great passive income producing asset when set up correctly. As I explain in this video I work 2 hours a week at this car wash and with the right employee in place this is possible. Not to mention I opened it during winter so I am yet. to see its full potential but here's a small taste of how its going so far!
