| Video Discription | Testicular sebaceous cysts Sebaceous cysts or epidermoid cysts are benign tumors. They form when the keratin blocks the hole through which the sebum produced by the sebaceous gland comes out. These cysts are usually yellowish-white in color and tend to develop in areas where there is hair, such as the scalp, chest, back, face, upper arms, scrotum, and penis.
