| Video Discription | @spicekitchendelights BAKED CHEESECAKE Ingredients Cake base: 10-15 arrowroot biscuits, crushed 3 tbsps butter Cream Filling: 300 gms cream cheese 150 gms fresh cream ½ tsp vanilla essence 3 eggs 200 gms sugar 300 gms cottage cheese (paneer) 1 Orange - juice Method 1. Melt butter in the microwave oven and add to the crushed biscuits. Mix well and put into the Greased baking pan. Spread evenly and press lightly to make the base for the cheesecake. Keep the pan in a refrigerator for a while. 2. Put the cream cheese in a mixer jar. Add cream and blend for a minute, add vanilla essence and blend for another ½ minute. 3. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and whisk well. Pour blended cream cheese mix iinto a bowl and mix well. 4. Grate the paneer into the mixture and mix. 6. Add orange juice and mix for last time. 7. Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. 8. Take it out pan from the fridge, pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer and bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. 7. Remove it from the oven and set aside to cool. Demould and cut into wedges and enjoy. |
