So any tear or trauma has to be shown to a gynecologist and it has to be stitched up and it can be any cervical polyp or growth, it can be any benign growth which is growing at the mouth of the womb can cause any bleed with the sexual activity there can be any genital sores or ulcer. So that has to be ruled out. There can be any abnormal ulcers or bleeds at the mouth, to only in the womb, but also outside on the vulval region or the labial region. So these are the many reasons for the blood clots. It can be a first intercourse, it can be a hymen tear and unusually has come up with a heavy bleed or clot or cutting of the vessels.
