Mix well. Add the greek yogurt and using a wooden spoon mix until dough starts to form. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and press couple of times. Cut the dough in half, it will be enough for two skillet pizzas. Brush your skillet with olive oil and spread the dough with your fingers all the way to the edges. Place the skillet on the stovetop over medium low heat and start adding the toppings. Spread the tomato sauce all to the edges, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, add the bell peppers and olives. After 5-6 minutes on the stove, transfer the skillet under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned. Let it cool for 5 minutes, slide the pizza onto a cutting board, slice and serve! Enjoy! |
