I am currently recovering from a Coachella weekend and still pretty tired. So I have some good news and bad news for today. The bad news is that I do not have a Coachella vlog ready. I felt so sick on Saturday during the day that I wasn't able to vlog. I was trying to navigate a lot of moving parts and unfortunately I wasn't able to get all the footage I wanted! The good news is, I have a new morning routine for you which is one of my favorites! For some reason I love love watching other people routines as well to get inspiration and honestly they are just so relaxing. Mornings are so important for your healthy lifestyle because it sets up you for the rest of the day. I always feel when I rush trough my morning routine , skip steps I don't feel the same. Do you recognize this feeling? What is something that makes you feel so good that you can't skip it in the morning? So what does it really mean to become THAT GIRL ? Honestly its just the best version of yourself. And this is something we all girls should work on every single day. Not just your physical health but also your mental health! I have noticed my mental health has made some big improvements since we got Hudson!! I am so in love with him and he brings so much joy into our life.
