| Video Discription | Hi this is Deepak Kshatriya and I welcome you all to another new session Deepaks kitchen. and in this session I am going to show you a traditional secret recipe of Gutti vankaya dry fry, This is also popularly prepared in the Andhra region and called as Gutti Vankaya kura. The speciality of the dish is the flavor that depends on the blend on tamarind and freshly ground masalas ingredients 1 stick cinnamon small 10 number brinjals 3 number Cloves 1 tbsp coriander pdr 1 tbsp cumin pdr 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp coconut 3 number Elaichi Ginger and garlic 6 number Green chilli 1 cup cashew nuts 2 tbsp Oil 1 number Onion 3 tbsp poppy seeds Turmeric Curry leaves Directions 1.First cut the Brinjal in quarters and its ok in water to avoid the declaration. 2. And now in a Blender had half a cup of cashew nuts half of the onion coconut ginger and garlic cloves cinnamon salt to taste and make it coarse paste of it. 3. And for this test add one teaspoon of red chilli powder coriander powder of a teaspoon of garam masala powder and one teaspoon of oil and mix well. 4. Now feel this freshly made masala and stuff into the brinjals As show. in the video. 5. no heat effect and add nearly 2 tablespoons of oil at some curry leaves and onions let the onions sweat and then add the stuffed brinjal and cook for about 20 minutes in a low heat until it's completely fried don't use the water and keeps staring in between. 6. And now my secret recipe of Gutti vankaya dry fry is ready to taste & This is very good with rice, pulaos, and chapatis. and a must with biryanis have fun cooking.
