Put Water in it gradually & mix it then cover it & keep it aside for half an hour. For Filling, Take a pan, put Ghee in it & put Cashew Nuts & Almonds in it & roast it. Take out them in the plate & take out extra Ghee also in the bowl. Put Desiccated Coconut in the pan & roast it then take out it in the plate. Now put Semolina in the same pan & roast it for 5 min on low to medium flame then take out it in the plate. Put Khoya/Mava in the pan without putting Ghee in it & roast it then take out it & mix the roasted Semolina in it & cover it. Now take the roasted Dry Fruits & crush them & then put them in the bowl. Put Raisins in the mixture then put roasted Desiccated Coconut in it & mix it. Put Sugar Powder & Cardamom Powder in it & mix it then keep it aside. For Sugar Syrup, Put Sugar & Water in the pan & cook it when it gets sticky then put Kevada Essence in it then turn off the flame. For Gujiya, Take the Dough & cut it now roll it then put the filling in it & give it shape & keep it aside now make all the Gujiya in this way & keep Oil for heating then put the Gujiya & fry it. Put some fried Gujiya in the Sugar Syrup & keep some Gujiya dry. Garnish the Gujiya with Pistachios.
