| Video Discription | A beautiful clinical case of guided bone regeneration in the anterior using the i-Gen membrane by Dr. Isaac Tawil. This case follows an ortho treatment. AnyRidge Implants are placed in the anterior, and initial stability quotient of 75 is confirmed using the ISQ and Smartpegs. For bone grafting, autogenous bone harvested earlier from the patient is used first, followed by xenograft to augment the ridge dimension. Then, the i-Gen Membrane (titanium, non-resorbable) is placed over the packed bone. This is followed by periosteal release* to increase the mobility of the surgical flap. Collagen membrane is placed, followed by internal horizontal suture. Then, CGF (PRF) membrane is placed and the site is completely closed off. Thank you Dr. Tawil for a great clinical case! *The periosteal release is CRUCIAL to minimize tension at the closure area to prevent the flap from opening up due to overstress of the tissue.
