In a bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and salt. Mix to combine. Set aside. 2. In another bowl, mash two bananas by using a fork, then add egg, vanilla extract, coconut oil and honey. Mix well to combine. Fold in chopped nuts, optional. 3. Pour batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, Top with more chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F preheated oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick check comes out clean. 4.
