| Video Discription | (3 Aug 2014) Jordanians gathered outside the American embassy in Amman on Sunday to protest against the United States, which they accuse of supporting Israel's military operations in the Gaza Strip. Protesters set American and Israeli flags and posters of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on fire. Demonstrators belonging to leftist and nationalist parties waved Palestinian flags and chanted anti-US and anti-Israel slogans. Also on Sunday, hundreds of people gathered in Pakistan's eastern city of Lahore to protest against Israel's attacks on Gaza. The protest was organised by Jammat-ud-Dawa (JuD), a banned group which the UN considers to be a front group for Lashkar-e-Taiba, the militant organisation blamed for the 2008 Mumbai attacks. "A deadline should be given to Israel to stop the bombing and to remove the blockade, or otherwise the people of Pakistan will uproot Israel," said Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, the head of JuD. Some protesters marched on the streets chanting "Wage Jihad against Israel, wage Jihad against America" and "Allah is great". Others held placards reading "Destroy Israel, save Gaza" and "Palestinians you live in our hearts". More than 1,800 Palestinians and 60 Israelis died since the war between Israel and Hamas started, nearly a month ago.
