Many friends who've graced and enjoyed my table over the years, seem to think so. In case you are curious, I've made my living in the past 20 years by managing very large and complex IT, computer networking, satellite communications, and cyber security projects. But I've always had a love of good food and drinks, and my curious mind is always at work analyzing what I'm tasting, how it was made, and how to make it better and more enjoyable. When not at work, I've spent a major part of my waking hours in a kitchen or by a BBQ. This has resulted in a fairly large database of knowledge and experience which I was finally persuaded by friends to share with everyone who has similar interests.
