| Video Discription | How to make pizza garlic bread #shorts Ingredients 45g unsalted butter 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic 1/4 TSP red pepper flakes 1/2 TSP dried oregano 1/4 cup parsley Kosher salt I used a baguette. 1 can tomato sauce Mozzarella cheese Parmigiano-Reggiano Directions Adjust oven rack to upper position and preheat oven to 425°F. Heat butter and add olive oil in a pan until butter is melted. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and oregano and cook about 2 minutes. Stir parsley salt. Slice bread. Add about half of the garlic/butter/oil mix over bread. Add some of the mozzarella over bread and cook until cheese is barely melted, about 8 minutes. Add tomatoes to remaining garlic/butter/oil mixture in pan and cook for about 15 minutes. Spread sauce over bread, then spread remaining mozzarella on top of sauce. Bake 10 minutes. Add parm and oil. Enjoy! |
