| Video Discription | This Ganesh Chaturthi prepare quick & intant modak recipe using simple ingredients like wheat, ghee & gud. This 3 ingredient modak is very easy to prepare. So when celebrate Ganesh Aagman with these easy modak recipe at home. This modak recipe is sugar free as we have used jaggery in preparation of the modaks. So do try out these Ganesh Chaturthi modak recipe and let me know about the taste in the comment box. Recipe: Ingredients: 2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta) 1.5 Cup of Jaggery (Gud) 1 Cup Ghee Chopped Almonds (Badam) Chopped Cashew Nuts (Kaju) 1 Teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder Procedure: 1. In a kadhai heat some ghee and add wheat flour. Roast the flour well. Adjust the amount of ghee and flour to get the right texture to make modaks. 2. Once the flour is roasted add chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well. 3. Switch off the gas and take the kadhai off from the gas and add jaggery to it. Mix the jaggery well with the mixture. 4. Check whether the mixture binds or not. If not you can add milk or ghee to it. Put this mixture in mould and prepare modaks. 5.
