This weary JFK controller had heard enough when a hapless LATAM crew pushed his patience too far after their long flight from Sao Paulo. A simple language misunderstanding by the crew or were they convinced that the order to taxi on Runway 4L could not possibly be correct? Most likely a bit of both! Either way, this controller was doing a pretty good job of not getting 'out of his gourd'....to begin with...You just can't keep a New Yorker quiet for too long though!
