In this video, I want to share with you an incredibly simple training template that I frequently use as a method for improving health, fitness and body composition. Select a push, a pull, and a leg movement. Pick a daily rep target for each movement, cycle through easier and harder variations, and do them DAILY. Start slow, and add volume over time. If you are ever feeling like you want to take no-brainer approach to calisthenics, or you are experiencing paralysis-by-analysis, this can be the perfect way to step back and give your mind and body a reset. It can also work great as a GPP program for lifters or as a standalone fitness program for a calisthenics enthusiast. |
