| Video Discription | Today, I'm missing the Philippines, so I'm indulging in my all-time comfort food: pandesal (Filipino bread), pansit, dairy cream , instant noodles, eggs, and a bit of cucumber for balance. First, I boil water and prepare two bowls. I open the instant pansit canton, transferring two packets of seasoning to each bowl for convenience. Then, I slice up the cucumber. Once the water boils, I cook two packets of instant pansit canton, then another two, without discarding the water. After about 4 minutes, I strain the noodles and transfer them to the prepared bowls, thoroughly mixing in the seasoning. In another frying pan, I cook two eggs sunny-side up and place them on top of the noodles. I repeat this process for the second batch. Finally, I plate the meal with pandesal and dairy cream. Voila! A perfect old-time craving satisfied with pansit canton and pandesal.
