We found each other through this platform, admiring each other’s work and loving our common passion and our common name! … Bita & Beata, its same name spelled differently. Since then we’ve gotten to partner on many fun projects at the top of the list being the Modern Persian Food podcast. On our show we have consistently and proudly broadcast 150 episodes! Along the way we’ve gotten to hone our broadcasting skills with two television appearances; as announcers at the 14th annual Taste Awards on PBS, and as guests on a live lifestyle segment of KRON4 Live in the Bay! One of the things we love most about our partnership is the community we have built right here.. finding culture through the lenses of a beautiful, rich, aromatic and delicious cuisine. We’ve connected with icons in the Persian community, getting to know them on a friend-basis through special guest features. We’ve shared conversations with celebrity chefs, business owners, and cookbook authors. We added TikTok, Youtube, and a weekly newsletter to the mix.
