What a treat to be able to do a tasting of the Flor de Caña 30 year A true aged single barrel from 1988, this rum has such prominent notes cream soda, sarsaparilla, raisins and tobacco. It's a ver enjoyable sipper. I personally would have loved the proof to have been between 55% - 65%, but I understand that many people aren't crazy like me. There's a few bottles available if you know where to look!
