| Video Discription | Red Lentil Flat Bread 1 cup red lentils 2 cups water ¼ tsp salt or to taste In a bowl, add washed and drained red lentils, water, and salt. Allow to soak for 2+ hours. Add the contents of the bowl to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter in the center of a non- toxic skillet or well seasoned cast iron pan.
