INGREDIENTS 2 kgs Goat meat 5 Bay leaf 1 tbsp Peppercorn 4 cloves diced garlic 1 whole bulb onion 2g thinly sliced ginger 2 medium size carrots 2 medium size potatoes 1 whole red bell pepper 1/2 cup Green peas 1 whole tomatoe 3 long chilis 1 tbsp Yellow curry powder 1 tsp sugar 200ml Coconut Milk sugar and pepper according to taste Cook the goat meat for 20 mins and remove scum.
