Please keep in mind that this wasn’t a planned-out interview but a spontaneous conversation, so some of the things we mentioned may not be 100% accurate. It’s also part of German culture to be very blunt and not sugar-coat criticism. That’s why at some point the tone of the English translations may sound harsher than it originally was in German.
