Its purpose is help spread more information about the true impacts of eating fast food - regardless of body size. Yes you can eat fast food every once in a while and still be healthy even if you're on a weight loss journey- but I think its important to share this information so everyone is able to make an informed choice. Eating healthy food is not just about body weight!
